Utivana is a free collection of everyday utility tools — unit converters, calculators, PDF and image utilities, and developer and text tools. There is no sign-up, no usage limit, no watermark, and no paywalled tier on any of them.
Most of these tools never send your data anywhere. 12 of the 13 Basic tools run entirely inside your browser using standard web APIs — your file or text is read locally, processed on your own device, and never uploaded. The exception is PDF compression, which needs server-side processing; those files are transmitted over an encrypted connection and deleted automatically one hour later.
A separate section, HR Utilities, uses AI models for hiring and HR tasks. Those tools do require a free account and are metered by daily credits, because each run costs us money in model usage. They are clearly separated from the Basic tools, which stay free and ungated.
