Review a resume against your job criteria: a criterion-by-criterion evidence table, strengths with supporting evidence, and gaps to probe at interview. It surfaces the evidence — you make the hiring decision.
No. It assembles the evidence for each of your criteria — it does not produce a match score, a ranking, or a shortlist recommendation. The hiring decision is yours to make from the evidence.
The model is instructed to report only against the job criteria you provide and to ignore protected characteristics. That instruction reduces the risk but is not a guarantee — AI models can still reflect bias present in their training data or in the resume itself, so a human must review the output before any decision.
Utivana does not store it — the resume is processed for your request and discarded, and we keep no copy. To generate the review it is transmitted to a third-party AI provider, which processes it under the zero-data-retention setting we have enabled on our provider accounts, and which does not use it to train its models. Our privacy policy names the providers we use.
